Perhaps with a little more info someone could help.
Did this problem just arise? Have you been able to retrieve voicemail previously?
Have there been any recent changes to the phone, i.e. software downloaded, damage such as dropping, exposure to moisture, etc.?
Do you have friends on Cell One service in your area that are experiencing the same problem?
Could this be related to Cell Ones merger? When they are combining systems in your area could the VM have experienced an outage? What did Cell One tell you about this when you contacted them?
