mmc card and home computer ?

hi there

i have just got a new 6230 and i thought that i could load tunes onto the mmc card by putting the mmc card directly into my home computer, but the computer is not registering the card at all.

is it a different format?

do i have to use a dku-2 usb cable ?

will an 512mb sd card work ?

Sorry this method actual worked for me.

We were using a USB MMC card reader.

Install the drivers. Plug in the card reader. Slide in the card. Making sure of course that the card is the right way up and the right way round.

Should then work just like any other drive.

The biggest challenge for us was getting the phone apart to get to the card.

We have moved on to transferring files via Bluetooth. That's turning out to be a real mission.
