howdo you put rar files onto the phone?

hiya, im getting games in an .rar format (through e-mule), anyone know how to put them onto a nokia 6820?

.rar is like Zip files, download Winrar and uncompress the package for your phone, and use Nokia Pc suite to install them if you haven't already figured it out
