if you get Nokia Pc suite from Nokia, connect your phone via bluetooth or cable if possible, infra red is a bit slow, open the Movie with Nokia Multimedia Player, then go save as, it can save it in a format you can use in your phone, select a decent resoloution in bottom right corner.
