For a midrange price phone , this Nokia has some impressive features.

Bluetooth
MP3 player
Camcorder
Flip style (yeah from Nokia, isn't it amazing?)

Don't count Nokia or Alltel out if they continue to team up with this kind of offering.

Alltel Begins Offering Nokia Camera, Video Phone

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 27, 2005--Alltel (NYSE:AT) today began offering the Nokia 6255i wireless phone featuring a camera and flash, video recorder, MP3 player and Bluetooth technology.

With the camera, Alltel customers can snap, send and receive color photos with voice and text messages utilizing the company's industry leading flat-rate Axcess Messaging Pack. The service combines text, picture or video messaging in one pricing bundle that gives customers freedom to send any of the three messages at a flat rate. Axcess Messaging Packs start at $5.99 a month for 300 outgoing or incoming messages.
"The Nokia 6255i is a sleek flip phone with a powerful set of personalization features and tools our customers want," said Wade McGill, vice president of wireless product marketing. "The Bluetooth wireless headset cuts the traditional earpiece cord and makes using the phone all the more convenient."
The new phone, featuring a 640x480 pixel camera, also supports Axcess Mobile Web 2.0, Alltel's enhanced wireless Internet service that includes graphics, pictures and other useful tools.
The Nokia 6255i will cost $129.99 for a two-year service agreement and $189.99 for a one-year agreement.
"By working closely together, Nokia and Alltel have enjoyed a long history of bringing top quality devices and service to customers," said Tim Eckersley, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Nokia. "The Nokia 6255i follows in this tradition, offering high-value features like image and video capture, Bluetooth wireless technology and an integrated digital music player to Alltel subscribers."
With Axcess Mobile Web 2.0, customers can browse Web sites, send and receive email, play Web games and receive news, weather and sports alerts and directory information on their phone. Axcess Mobile Web can be added to any service plan for $5.99 per month.
Alltel is a customer-focused communications company with more than 13 million customers and $8 billion in annual revenues. Alltel provides wireless, local telephone, long-distance and broadband services to residential and business customers in 27 states.
