Headset Icon on my Nokia 6016i display

Can't Post
My phone suddenly has the headset icon in the display and I cannot use the phone except in speaker mode. Can somebody help?

Try going to Menu>Settings>Enhancement settings>Headset

Or Menu>Profiles>Silent

Failing that try Menu>Settings>Restore Factory Settings to reset the phone
