Hello guys! Was hoping that you can help me on this one. My 3200 phone's "Go To" button on the stand by menu when pressed turns the phone off automatically. Pressing other keys in the pad would turn on the phone again, though. Also, when i browse down the menu and go to the Selection Menu for the Shotrcuts, when i select "Go To", again the phone turns off on me. Pressing other keys would again turn it on. I've brought this to cellphone repair shops already but they offer two options. One was to reprogram the phone's software and the other is to see if there is a shortcircuit on the inside of the phone and they need to check it to be sure. Problem is Im hesitant about having my phone reprogrammed for it might not be the right solution. But perhaps it might be. Next, my phone is fairly new and opening its guts up is a bit unnerving for me. Please, anyone out there! Got any good advice? Thanks in advance.
