Can my Nokia 6360 display be replaced?

My display has become quite scratched from heavy use - can it be replaced and if so, can I do it myself? Where would I get the parts if available? Thanks & sorry for the simple question ;)

yeah, you can replace it yourself, get the replacement from online shop like ebay, yallstore and so on.
