Call goes IMMEDIATELY to voice mail.

When I call a friend's Nokia cellphone (that I know is on,) instead of ringing to alert her to an incoming call the voice mail picks up IMMEDIATELY.

I have gone through the book and tried changing various settings to no avail.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm about to chuck this T-Mobile service and phone and go to a prepaid phone service.

Hi Randy,

Maybe with a little more info, we can help. Which Nokia phone, and which Settings did you change? What carrier does she have?

Check her Ringer Settings for various types of calls. Is your # in her Phone Book? What Ringer is assigned to it?

Does your phone mask Caller ID info from those you call?

Does this happen to her with any other incoming callers or to you when you call anybody else?

Did it just start happening or has it been this way since when?
