Your phone should have an email address assigned to it as part of your internet access package. If you are not sure what it is, contact your provider. (Even if you aren't paying for an internet package, you probably still have one.)
From your home computer where you have saved the ringtone when you downloaded it, then you just insert it as an attachment and email it to the phone.
