what exact key presses is it to get to:

copying the phonebook to the sim card

--i have no screen so am doing it blind--

so what i want to know is what buttons i have to press in exact order eg:
(starting in the phone book view)
menu
down x5
OK
OK
should be easy, but not in the manuel

etc....
to get where i wanna go..


all help is greatly appreciated in my time of need..
