cell phone help for the dummy.....

Please help me.....
I cannot make any call out on my motorola phone (blue picture phone). Every time I dial a number it is telling me "call failed" and when I try to call my cell phone it is automaticall going to my voicemail. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix?
Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!! Wink

Hi Jennie

A little more info, is this a problem that just appeared one day and the phone worked fine before that for you?

Did you just get this phone?

New or used?

Does this only happen when you are in certain locations, or everywhere?

Did any event happen, i.e. the phone was dropped, exposed to heat or water,etc. or other possible causes known?

Also what model and carrier? We'll all try to help if we can.
