I remember a previous post along the same lines a few months ago. A wire had snapped that connects phone to screen. This may or may not be your situation also. Seems to happen with this model. Does your dealer have a tech that provides service? Is the phone still under warranty? Was there any event that seemed to trigger this? (phone dropped, etc) Let us know your progress on this one, since it could help others as well. Thanks.
