I remember a previous post along the same lines a few months ago. A wire had snapped that connects phone to screen. This may or may not be your situation also. Seems to happen with this model.
Does your dealer have a tech that provides service? Is the phone still under warranty?
Was there any event that seemed to trigger this? (phone dropped, etc)
