I need some help. I just received my new V551 and it is a really beauty. HOWEVER, as a business user, I am disappointed with the combination of Mobile Phone Tools and the V551's phonebook. It does not allow multiple numbers per contact and insists on creating repeated contacts with different numbers. It also will not allow you to map addresses to a contact which sort of defeats the purpose. I gave up my 3 year old Nokia 6310i for the V551 and I am starting to regret it. For $400, I would expect that I can Sync with Outlook so that I can create 1 contact with multiple tel numbers, address, email etc. Has anyone found a way to solve this problem ? Please help !!!
