Hi there,
There is not an easy IMEI calculator like there is with Nokia phones and others. You'll need a USB cable to connect your razr to your computer.
There is a free way to unlock razrs, which you can find here:

If it doesn't work for you, I have used a company before called phoneblitz. Here's the link:

Failing both of those, try phoning cingular. If you tell them you are going abroad they might give you the subsidy password.
