I bought the USB cable for the Motorola V300 phone. I downloaded the "free" true sync version 3.1.49.1.
Then it wanted the driver for the V300, I searched till I found it. After getting everything installed, now the TrueSync software won't detect my phone. I have been in my Device Manager and the phone is setup correct and detected there, with no errors. I have rebooted my PC several times, with no luck. I have been searching the web to see if I can find some hope as to why the TrueSync software will not detect the V300 with the USB cable.
Does anyone know how to resolve this, or if I am using the wrong software where I can download the correct Truesync for the V300?
If it is a driver issue (which I doubt) where can I get the correct USB driver for the Motorola V300 to sync with TrueSync?
Any help would be great!
