Hi jwren,

Not sure what model phone you have, but typically if you push and hold the Power key for 2 seconds the phone comes on.

The key looks different on different models, it may have a picture of a phone on it, but usually will be to the side of the Main Menu key.

What model phone do you have? And what exactly happens when you try to turn it on?
