Hi, I posted this same message on the RogersATT forum, but I've posted here too in case it is a phone problem, not a provider problem. I have a Motorola V600 quad band phone with a Canadian phone number. When I am in Chile I can call anywhere and anyone can reach me, except for persons calling from Chile and using a land line phone, for example, folks calling from a Chillean office. I can call them, but they cannot call me. If they pull out their cell phones and call my cell they can reach me. In both cases, using the land line and the non-Rogers cell phone the caller dials my number the same way, as they would when dialing a long distance call to Canada. Please help! I bought this phone because Rogers assured me it would work in Chile. I've been passed around to several technical people and no one could offer any advice.
