PhoneTools issue with V400

Trying to install and it's JUST NOT LIKING me! Newbie so can a pro help a guy out?

I recieve the following RIGHT AT THE END of the INSTALL!

Unhandled Exception Error Number: 0x80040707 Description: DLL function call crashed: PbkInstall._GetBookNames Setup will now terminate.

I'm running an XP Pro machine (SP 1) and WOULD really like to get this working! Thanks in advance!

Hello ,

I had the same problem and it seems a popular installshield problem (not mobile phone tools ). Try this link consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108167 if it helps. It did not work on mind as I have the right paths but still looking for more clues.Maybe it will work on yours. Good luck

i got the same error 2!!!!!!!! Is anybody out there knows how to fix it? or has a proper installation files?
