Motorola v400 bluetooth power problem

I just purchased a Jabra BT200 bluetooth headset and wanted to pair it up with my v400 but everytime I go in and select "find me" or "power on" it says "bluetooth power failed." Anyone know how to get this working?

Good afternoon-

Can you tell me how you were able to use bluetooth and the v400? Was it a software upgrade or did you have to buy an adapter? If so, how much did it cost and where did you get it?

dont think a v400 has bluetooth. if it was flexed with the software of a v600 then the menu would be their but the bluetooth option is useless.
