Can anyone tell me how to get the photos out of the V400 telephone and into my computer? I purchased the Phone Tools and although I can manage the phone from the computer, there is no way I found to download the photos.
A telephone call to Tech Support at Motorola produced a "I don't know" and they gave me a case number. When I tried to follow up they put me on hold for 40 minutes and then could not find the case number. So I started over again with a Junior Technician ( who knew only how to turn on the phone and dial a number) they put me on hold again after an hour was wasted I gave up.
Can any one tell me how the photos can be transferred into my computer? and no wireless internet from the phone thank you.
