Motorola Mobile Phone Tools Question

I purchased Motorola Mobile Phone Tools and set up a phone on the program and it worked fine until i plugged it in today and it asked me to set it up again and so i did and it made me instal my phone manually. So i did and when i did the little phone popped up in the lower left hand corner and proceeded to initialize and it said "mobile not connected", and never finished initializing. Now i just put some new ringtones on it this morning and it was working fine. I am hoping someone can help me with this. And by the way my phone model is a motorola V180 ENS.

Could be that there is a program you have that is sharing and conflictimg with your phone comport.

Or... have you tried going back through the "new phone" procedure, IE start MPT with the phont disconnected, go into the options and pick new phone, then pick USB and then when it prompts you, plug in the phone, it may be that you have a driver issue or something, this should ensure that your phone is associated with the right drivers and make it work properly.
