Hey there.. brought the Motorola E398 yesterday and I am having problems putting videos on my phone... what format is actually compatible? I tried putting a video on to the memory card that came with the phone but when I turn on the phone and look it isn't there.. Crazy

Pictures and music has worked fine.. but videos are giving me problems.. can anyone suggest owt?

Cheers in advance.

Hi Luka,

The E398 should support MPEG4 files. Do you know what format your videos were in?

Yo dude..

The vids I was trying to put on were .avi, .mpeg and .wma Frown

Know any software I can use to convert the videos in to mpeg-4?

Hi Luka,

I can't recommend anything specifically, but I hit Yahoo with convert to mpeg4 as my search and got a bunch of possibilities.

Let me know how this shakes out and how well your phone handles the mpeg4s. Not sure how big file size it can handle at once. It'd be interesting to know.
