Hello!

I have just been given this phone by somebody who has moved abroad, and it all good apart from the camera.
I go to take a picture, i take it press store and it comes up with failed.

There are no images in the photo album, nothing downloaded, i have restored the factory settings, and even tried a different SIM card.
When I go to image memory available it says 100%, I dont know if that is 100% free space or 100% full???

Very confussed, please write back if you can help,
Cheers

Hi Mermaid,

The E365 is a neat phone. Lots of capability.

From the Media Center>Photo Album menu, go to View Free Space to see if you have room to store pictures or not.

If you don't have one, or for others, here is a link to a downloadable Manual for this phone.

http://direct.motorola.com/..._eng.pdf?country=GBR

Let us know how this works out for you and how you like the phone's other features , too.

Hi Mermaid,

OK, so now we know it is 100% free not 100% full.

When you email a photo to the phone can you save it on the phone?

Also when you take a photo, since you cannot save it, are you able to email it (send as MMS), or set it as wallpaper or as a caller icon?

Hello Teleguy,

I dont think I can send it, because as soon as i press 'store' it comes up with failed and the photo is lost.
So therefore I can only assume they are not stored anywhere to send.

Thanks for the help
