Hi, I had the exact same problem happen to my phone. I'm a Rogers subscriber. I had to call Rogers and then had to remove the SIM card from inside the phone and read the number off the card (you'll need a magnifying glass). The tech people at Rogers then re-entered the number into their system. The SIM card is behind the battery.
