I'm thinking of getting V551 when I sign up with Cingular. I'm told that in general the batteries are not good with the Motorola phones, in that one needs to recharge it frequently. Also, how reliable is it to buy a new phone over the internet? I'm told I can't be certain if the phone they send me is new or refurbished. Pls. respond ASAP. Thanks.
