i cannot change my ringing it is virbrate and asending it is so low i hardly hear it it is the L1400i

Have you tried pressing and holding the * key for several seconds to deactivate the Quick Vibrate Mode?

And you have tried the standard volume adjustment for the ringer (from Menu, Option 9, then 1 , then 3) to increase volume, and no go?

Have you tried resetting to factory default configuration?
