does anyone know a restriction code for an LG G4015?

If you are talking about the Access code it is usually set to 0000 at the factory. Sometimes the last 4 digits of the phone number or last 4 of the user's SSN is used instead.

Access codes can be changed by going to Menu>9>4>3

Can you be more specific? What's happening (or not) with your phone?

you can get the restriction code for your LG model mobile, through this site http://www.mobileunlocksolutions.com/supported-phones/rs1wp7/
It provides the best instructions and some new methods for unlocking mobile phones..........
