hello my girlfriend has an lg phone and it just froze last night and will not turn back on. we try to just put the battery back in but then it just comes up with a black screen with the verizon logo and a red light on the lower right. any ideas what is going on and can we fix this?
Is it still under warranty? And has it been subject to any unusual circumstances lately i.e. extreme heat, water or moisture, chemicals, magnets, dropping or rough usage, new software added, etc ?
