Voice calling with VX4500

Hi,
I just got the VX4500. When doing voice dialing, it only seems to be able to call the first entry for a contact. For example, if I have a Home and Office entry, voice dialing will dial the Home number. How can I call the Office number without creating a new contact? The manual implies in several places that you can record a voice prompt for each entry, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.

Hi I had to change out my 4500 phone 2 times on the 2nd time i now can add one name and more numbers on one entry and voice dialing works on the one name with home,office mobile. it works great. and now it says call someone and it works good. 1st time the voice was warbly 2nd time phone kept turning off and now LG upgraded the way the phone works. good luck etinfl
