I have an LG venus. When I turn the phone on the screen says "service required". I can't make/answer calls, check messages, or voicemails. I have tried removing the battery for a few minutes but that didn't work. I called verizon customer service and tried to reset the phone but that didn't work either. I keep getting the "Warning! service required" message. I haven't damaged the phone in any way and my bill is paid (other phones on my same account work). Any ideas of what could be wrong?
