The phone is a 5450. My son said it was locked and he didnt lock it. I read on this forum to use the last four digits of his cell phone number to unlock it and that worked. Then the words CAR Kit appeared on the screen and no calls could be made or received. Thanks for your reply.
Have you tried a hard reset by removing the battery for a short time and then reinserting it and restarting the phone? Kinda drastic but it may work ok for you if the phone is completely frozen.
I don't have any info on an LG phone 5450. Is it an LG or another manufacturer?
