Just got the phone ( VX5200) a few days ago. Tonight, I noticed I had 2 text messages in my box. When I scrolled down and opened my box, the first text message consisted only of an unopened letter icon and the word "object". From that point on, nothing I could do would open, erase, clear, or in any way change the screen . I couldn't even turn the power off on the phone. I even had my wife try to call me but the phone did not ring or vibrate. About 5 minutes later the phone came back to normal, and my wife deleted the entire box without opening it. What in the world was going on with that?
