I have had my phone for a few months. This is my 2nd phone from a replacement. Overall, this phone is okay. But, for the last 3 days, I am getting a Unassigned number display on the screen when I try to call out. If it's not that message, then I get number unavailable. I also get disconnected before the call even goes through!! I am at my wits end here. I am through Cingular wireless. I have made 3 calls to them and so far, not much help. They can't say if it's my phone or my service! Idiots in my book!
Can someone please tell me if I should replace the phone and if anyone else has problems similar or should I change service??
HELP!!!!!!! I need to get this resolved ASAP, this is my only source of phone, I don't have a land line.
