All the sudden my LG 5450 goes directly to voice mail, It will not ring and the ringer IS on, I have tried it my self and it dont ring for the caller either, just straight to VM, I thought it was some sort of setting but cant seem to figure it out. HELP!
That's strange. It has happened to me a few times too but it always seems to fix itself after a short time. Perhaps call your service providers customer support line and ask for assistance to solve the problem.
Come to find out, by talking to the service provider (Alltel) The last call I received before the problem happend was still in the loop, In other words the phone was acting like I was talking on it, which in that case it goes to voice mail, The service person reset the computer to clear up the log jam and all is fine now. maybe yours does the same thing and after a while it disconnects
