Both mine and my husband's lg ux4750 phone stopped ringing but went straight to voice mail. It would ring again if we made a phone call with it first. We took them in for repair. My husband experienced this first and then later, my phone started it. They fixed my husband's phone but, accused me of abusing my phone and stated that it was non repairable. When I received it back, I cannot make any calls with it or receive any not even to voice mail. When I try to make a call, it states that I should enter the number I wish to call on my keypad. It then states that the number I wish to call is not a working number. This is my landline number at home. It also has "initial programming needed" written on the display the face. US cellular states that it cannot be repaired . Any help out there, since I have not abused my phone and am getting this accusation in order in order to dishonor the warranty. The warranty is over at the end of June.
