My Kyocera KX414 (battery fully charged) would not dial out this morning or receive calls: they were forwarded to the voicemail. Now it has gone dead and will not turn on. Help?
Probably the battery needs replacing. Take it back to the store you bought it from and ask them to check it out. If you applied for extended warranty they will likely replace it once for free.
