I cannot believe no one has posted complaining about this phone. Even Bell and their local store say its a lemon. Only good thing I can say about it is the clearness and clarity when it will answer a call. Mine has been to the shop once but is still unreliable. Bell offered me an upgrade option a month early after listening to my complaints but I'm disappointed about buying another phone and I'm afraid of getting another dud. They should have replaced the phone free of charge. Anyone have any insight for me or suggestions for a basic decent phone that will last a couple years? Thanks. Should I move on to Telus or Rogers?
