Ok, I don't know much about cell phones, but I certain know how to turn my phone on and off. For some reason, as of yesterday, I am not able to turn OFF my phone. The only way I can figure is to remove the battery. Can anyone help? I am hoping this is just some little setting somewhere on the phone, but I sure can't figure it out.
Press and hold the 'End call' button (top right red phone). you should hear music play and something like a plane flying by and the phone should shut off. I'm not sure if this phone is only for Verizon but you should also see clouds with Verizon Wireless for the background. Also, make sure you are ONLY pressing the end call button.
