I bought my Audiovox CDM 8900 phone through Verizon almost a year ago and have had few problems, except a few weeks ago- the light for the screen no longer works. I admit it, I'm clumsy and I've dropped my phone a few times, and it seems like the bottom left of the screen half is lose from the dial pad part. I was wondering if anyone knows the proper way to fix such a problem so I don't have to go back to Verizon and go through the hassle of replacement phones, re-adding numbers, losing my pics, etc etc. Thank you in advance for any feedback. -Pb
