CDM 8600 AUDIOVOX: •Battery gets very hot when not in use. •Cannot power the phone down unless disconnecting the battery. •Cannot hang up a call by pressing the power down button. •Battery drains power very fast while phone is not in use, and faster while in use. Tennial Frown

Hi Tennial,

Who's your service with? I would take that phone in to your service provider and ask them to fix it.
