I have a two-year-old Audiovox 8200 that suddenly rejects its 4-digit pin number. The reprogramming number gets into the phone, but gives no access to the 'Restricted' features. I can receive neither long-distance nor local call; and the only calls I can send are local calls.
Bell Mobility suggests I call Audiovox --- which I did and also sent an email. Audiovox ignores my messages.
Any suggestions about resolving the glitch?
ThanksSly

If you have reset the phone to the factory settings, you will need to use the original default code to change Restricted settings. Usually the default is the last four digits of the phone number, but could in some cases be set to 0000 instead.

Let us know what goes on and if, or not, Bell or Audiovox respond in any helpful way.
