account and they did that was on Feb 12, 2006. Today I got on the internet and was checking my Cingular account and the phone that had been previously suspended for being stolen was activated and in use. I am the only one who is allowed to suspend or activate phones. But this stolen phone was being used and activated by someone on March 14 2006.Cingular did not listen to my wishes. I had a 4 digit number that I was to use with my transactions. But cingular dismissed this number. The phone charges on the stolen phone were for ring tones etc. and were to be billed by cingular to my checking account. So I get stuck with all these charges because cingular is careless. So I turn out to be a big loser. I need to change companies to a more responsible one.I am trying but I am currently locked out of my account, to bad they didn't lock the real thiefs out. Cingular let them order 72.00$ worth of ring tones in my name.
