I agree!
Bargaincell (aka Coolwireless) was repeatedly unresponsive to messages when I tried to transact business with them.
Their advertised prices are low because they charge a lot for shipping and handling and then charge state sales tax on shipping as well, which is illegal!
I have opened a file on them and have filed a complaint with Ebay, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, The Better Business Bureau and The California State Department of Consumer Affairs.
As consumers it is up to us to defend and protect ourselves from Internet Fraud!!!
