Nokia has announced their Nokia C1; it has a flashlight and is aimed at developing countries. The affordable handset is definitely a bargain at only $37USD.

The Nokia C1 actually comes with two different SIM cards which is the first device of its kind. Through simply holding a key down the owner of the phone is able to switch back and between the SIM cards.
