I've found that the svc ( senior value cellphone) from tracfone is the perfect fit for my grandparents. THe phone is fantastic.. big numbers.. bigger screens..Long battery life. And the best part is the value. My grandparents would be a total waste on a plan that is like 50 dollars a month. they pay only 7 dollars a month and they get MORE than enough minutes!
