Android Phones Just As Good As the iPhone States Martin Cooper

So who exactly is Martin Cooper and why should you care what he has to say? Martin Cooper is the person that gave birthed what was then the next generation in communication which we of course all know of today as the cell phone. He’s the man that invented the very first mobile phone and made the first call all the way back in ’73. Today there are 5 billion mobile devices on the planet and we can easily say that life is much less complicated with having one. There are companies that are now investing millions in research on mobile phones.
Cooper recently did a CNN interview and in it he talked about that:
He one day knew that one day everyone was going to have a mobile phone but he never thought it was going to happen within his life span and now that there are 5 billion phones throughout the planet phones have now gotten:
•    So complex
•    So hard to make use of
Cooper says that this makes him wonder if some of the current designs are meant for engineers or for actual citizens.
To a certain point he’s completely right as not every single person is able to use a cell as before having to use the cell there are many that have to go all the way through the guides and the tutorials. When it comes to the geeks through it’s very easy. He talks about when the industry finishes growing up there’ll be a lot of different types of phones and some of those will be plain and simple telephones.
It was actually Martin Cooper and his wife that started a company and she designed the Jitterbug. He’s also completely right as 30 years prior there was actually only one type of phone that only made a call. Today the mobile phone is a person’s life. You can read your emails, listen to music, surf the internet and many more things.
Cooper used to use an iPhone but he gave it away to his grandson and now has started using the Motorola Droid. He says that the Android phone is catching up quickly and the latest versions of the Android phones are just as high-quality, if not actually superior, to the iPhone. Maybe a slap to the face of Steve Jobs but I think it’s simply just the truth.
