Moved from Atlanta where my service was spotty at best with AT&T. Been in NYC for over two months now and it has been absolutely pointless to have a cell phone with AT&T. Tried everything. Even purchased a 3G Microcell tower. Worked for a day or two while in my home and stopped. After countless hours on customer support no solution was ever given. 10+ years of service with AT&T...enough is enough. Could not be more dissatisfied with the service here. Switching to Verizon. Hopefully will be beter soon.

The problem with all these services is that they sway the politicians in this country to the detriment of all of us. Look at the campaign contributions - buying their services is giving these companies to buy votes/politicians. Bad news. Does anyone know anything about Creedo? I don't know what their coverage is like, but at least their ethics are intact!

Thanks for your comment, Brad. Glad to hear there's an affordable way to hop on to Verizon's network.

I agree that Verizon has the best coverage in NYC and national coverage as well, that is why I have a Straight Talk phone because ST is the cheapest with it's unlimited everything package for $45 per month and it's on Verizon's network nationwide. I have the very nice Samsung Finesse Touchscreen phone which is the nicest phone I have ever had.
